Book Club

In our earthly life the #1 priority should push us to read, study, and implement God’s word
found throughout the Bible. To assist in word knowledge there are many books that enlighten
God’s word through the Holy Spirit by priestly men and knowledgeable theologians.

In this regard, we can find many great resources to read to compliment the Bible. We need the
discipline to find time to read and study all works. We gather as a community to come together
and pray, along with assisting each other in our faith journey. To help discipline and motivate
each other we have developed a ‘Book Club” with this mission and process below.

1. Club members will do their best to read selected books for at least 15 minutes a day.
2. Club group will decide on a book to read on scheduled basis based on book size and content.
3. Club members will attempt to meet at least once a month to discuss and share any values, spirit -filled knowledge and impact the book made on them. Book review discussions will take place within a church location on a mutual workable date close to the last week of each month unless otherwise modified by the members.

5. Personal discussion and sharing by members will be confidential and not be spoken outside of the book review discussions. 
6. Club members, on their own fruition, may help other members with selected book sharing or purchase.
7. Contact for information will be by a mutual agreement through email, text group such as Flocknote, or closed Facebook type group. 
8. If club has strength in numbers and can purchase a quantity buy discount, arrangements will be made to accomplish such and collect from members. 
9. After book reading and discussion, members may donate the book to a library maintained by the club for church member use/distribution and future re-read.
